3 Langkah Mengurus Wang Anda Dengan Bijak

Aku bukanlah seorang yang bijak dalam bidang perakaunan. Malah masa muda-muda dulu aku paling hampeh dengan subjek akaun. First time aku mula belajar bukak buku akaun masa amik subjek Kemahiran Hidup (KH) di form 2. Time tu jelah, lepas belajar timbang akaun, buka buku ini, buku itu, ada akaun beregulah..entah apa2 tah..last2 aku terus tak minat nak amik subjek akaun after PMR walaupun aku hebat bab2 math dan add math after aku merangkak ke peringkat SPM. (biasalah hebat ngapal formula)

So kali ni, aku nak tory untuk mengaplikasikan pengurusan kewangan tanpa perakaunan, khas untuk alam rumah tangga melalui cara enden yang tersendiri…

Langkah 1- Tentukan Matlamat Kewangan
Setiap kali kita buat sesuatu, tentu saja tidak lari dari perkataan MATLAMAT atau dengan bahasa kasarnya TUJUAN.

Matlamat kewangan seharusnya menggambarkan perkara yang ingin di kecapi dengan wang dalam jangka masa tertentu. Sebagai contoh mudah yang boleh di jadikan matlamat:

membeli rumah ketika berumur 25 tahun
membeli kereta MPV ketika berumur 30 tahun
menunaikan ibadat haji ketika berumur 35 tahun
menikah lagi satu ketika berumur….(hampeh punya matlamat)

Langkah 2 - Menjejaki Mana Perginya Wang Anda
Setelah matlamat berada di dalam gengaman minda anda, mulakan hidup anda dengan membuat perancangan perbelanjaan harian anda agar matlamat anda mudah dicapai.

Sebagai contoh mudahnya, listkan perbelanjaan harian anda setiap bulan. Mulakan list perbelanjaan anda dengan panduan mudah berikut:

Tentukan jumlah pendapat bulanan anda
Tambah jumlah perbelanjaan termasuklah bil bulanan (telephone, streamyx, api, air), bayaran balik pinjaman (kereta, rumah), sewa (rumah), perbelanjaan seharian (tesco, giant, carrefour, pasar malam) dan lain-lain (tengok wayang, makan luar, minyak petrol, beli barang kemas, rokok..)
Ketepikan sejumlah wang untuk kecemasan dan perbelanjaan bermusim (seperti yuran sekolah, duit raya untuk musim perayaan, cukai jalan, pembaharuan insurans dan lain-lain)

List ini boleh membantu anda mengenal pasti tabiat berbelanja sekaligus merancang kewangan anda. Selain itu melalui perancangan ini juga, anda dapat mengetahui:

Ke mana dan bagaimana anda membelanjakan wang anda?
Berapa banyak hutang tertunggak anda setiap bulan (hutang credit card, hutang kereta, hutang streamyx, hutang telephone…)?
Berapa baki wang gaji anda untuk di simpan yang masih tinggal di penghujung bulan?

Langkah 3 - Menilai Tabiat Berbelanja
Jika poket/ wallet anda sudah kering atau dengan kata mudahnya wang anda tidak berbaki pada penghujung setiap bulan, sudah tiba masanya untuk anda menilai dan menaaruf semula tabiat berbelanja anda dan seisi keluarga. Teliti semula semua perbelanjaan dan tentukan sama ada apa yang telah anda beli ialah barangan yang anda benar-benar perlukan atau hanyalah memenuhi keinginan nafsu serakah anda.

Jika semasa sesi taaruf, anda dapati melakukan perkara-perkara di bawah…..

Menggunakan simpanan untuk membayar bil semasa
Memohon pinjaman baru untuk melangsaikan hutang pinjaman lama
Berhutang lebih besar daripada pendapatan
Membeli sesuatu tanpa memikirkan sama ada anda mampu atau tidak

……nasihat saya… insaf dan ubahlah tabiat berbelanja anda dan kurangkanlah perbelanjaan yang tidak-tidak itu.

Isu Murtad: Pekakah kita atau "Pekak"kah kita?

Baru - baru ini saya ada terbaca dari sebuah website yang saya percaya berpusat di Sydney, Australia (di forward dari seorang rakan), iaitu Sydneyangelicans.net di mana di situ di ceritakan seorang melayu yang kita agung-agung kan selama ini kerana pengorbanannya mengharumkan nama malaysia telah murtad. Saya pada mulanya agak terperanjat membaca kenyataan itu seakan akan tidak percaya, tetapi itulah hakikatnya. Setelah di selidiki, ternyata berita itu benar, seperti yang di dakwa beberapa laman web yang lain. Percaya atau tidak, orang itu adalah Datuk Azhar Mansor, insan yang berjaya mengharumkan nama negara mengelilingi dunia hanya dengan kapal layarnya yang kerding, tetapi secara batinnya iman nya telah tumpas kepada dosa yang paling berat di sisi agama. Beberapa dakwaan ada menyebut di mana beliau kononnya telah bertemu dengan Jesus Christ ketika pelayarannya. Di sini saya memetik dari website Sydneyangelicans.net rangkap dakwaan beliau:-

"One man who has publicly converted is the well-known yachtsman, Azhar Mansor, who in 1999 sailed around the world in 190 days without the aid of an engine. The main mast of his yacht broke around Cape Horn. He managed, nevertheless, to reach the Faulkland Islands to repair the mast. What happened on the way between the cape and the islands is subject to speculation. The internet is full of questions by Muslims as to whether Mansor who no longer lives in Malaysia is really converted. And there is much discussion among Christians as well. Kamariah's version is that Mansor, about to drown in the sea, was saved by a dolphin, and that Jesus appeared to him soon after."

Persoalannya di sini, bukan Azhar Mansor (Gugurnya gelaran "datok" di sini bererti hilangnya rasa hormat saya kepada beliau secara mutlak) sahaja yang berbuat demikian, tetapi ada lagi segelintir yang secara "Umum" atau secara "Rahsia" telah Murtad. Pernah dengar kisah Aishah? Lina Joy? Itu hanyalah merupakan sebuah episod telenovela kisah murtadnya umat Islam di negara kita; terdapat banyak lagi episod yang pada zahirnya tidak di ketahui, tidak di siarkan secara zahir pada kaca mata rakyat. Pendedahan saya di sini bukan bererti hendak memalukan pihak yang terbabit, tetapi hakikatnya untuk menyedarkan umat Islam di Malaysia bahawa Islam kini di ancam bahaya. Siapa yang patut di salah kan? Berbalik kepada situasi Azhar Mansor tadi, hakikatnya perkara ini telah pun di ketahui oleh bekas PM Tun Dr. Mahahir sejurus dia pulang dari pelayarannya - Azhar Mansor sendiri yang memberitahu beliau yang dia berhasrat untuk bertukar agama - atas untuk keselamatan Azhar Mansor, PM ketika itu menasihatkan nya supaya meninggalkan negara; dan ya, Azhar mansor sekarang sudah tiada lagi di negara ini. Yang agak mengejutkan ialah, hampir semua umat Islam di negara ini tidak tahu akan hal ini. Petikan dari sebuah blog yang saya ketemui menyebut, "I couldnt believe & i asked my christian friends, they knew about it a long time ago."

("Saya tidak percaya lalu saya bertanya rakan-rakan saya yang beragama Kristian dan mereka berkata, mereka sudah tahu akan hal ini sekian lama.") Tambahan pula, ada yang mendakwa untuk menukar agama ini adalah sangat mudah sekali di negara kita. Apa yang di perlukan hanyalah 2 keping gambar, duit setem RM 7.00 dan pergi ke mahkamah di Selangor, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur untuk mengangkat sumpah tukar agama, selesai. Walaupun demikian, status agama pada kad pengenalan tidak di ubah (Masih di tulis "Islam") meskipun mereka telah selesai 3 perkara di atas, dan ini menyebabkan golongan-golongan murtad ini agak sukar di kesan di negara kita. Dan kerana itulah munculnya nama seorang wanita bernama Lina Joy yang ingin status agama pada kad pengenalan nya ditukar - Jika dia tidak berbuat demikian (tukar status agama pada kad pengenalan), nescaya kita tidak akan tahu bahawa dia telah murtad. Siapa sangka, ramai lagi spesis-spesis Lina Joy di luar sana yang tidak mendedahkan akan kemurta dan mereka secara umum?

Peguam Kes Murtad Shazalina/Lina Joy (Ust Zulkefli Nordin) menambah, beliau telah memberi ceramah pada malam tadi di Surau As Sakinah, TTDI JAYA, Selangor tentang kumpulan kafir Artikel 11/IFC. Mereka ini (IFC) sedang bergiat untuk menghapuskan keistimewaan orang Islam di Malaysia, pihak Mahkamah Persekutuan hanya ada masa 6 minggu sahaja lagi untuk membuat keputusan sama ada meluluskan atau tidak. Kalau LULUS maka orang Islam dalam bahaya besar. Anda boleh hubungi

Ust Zulkefli sendiri di talian 013-3998718 untuk penjelasan lebih lanjut, pihak peguam Muslim akan memberi penerangan tentang perkara ini. (Sila sebarkan berita ini kepada semua orang Islam kerana isu ini amat serius!)

Seorang bekas paderi Abd Rahman Yaakob (Pengarah Anti Dadah, Batu Gajah) pernah menjadi paderi selama 23 tahun. En Abd Rahman berdakwah di dalam bahasa Inggeris. Beliau sebagai paderi dikenakan 4 syarat: Tidak boleh hisap rokok, tidak boleh minum arak, tidak boleh makan benda-benda berdarah, tidak boleh kahwin. Holywater yang beliau gunakan dulu dibawa dari Indonesia yang di sediakan oleh bapak Bruto (Ketua paderi Indonesia). Percetakan buku-buku Kristian di Cheras telah disiasat dan mereka ada lesen.

PENDEDAHAN KHAS! HARAP DISAMPAIKAN KEPADA ORANG ISLAM KITA

Sabda Rasulullah SAW: "Sebarkanlah walau satu ayat pun. Nescaya Allah memperbaiki bagimu amalan-amalanmu dan mengampuni bagimu dosa-dosamu. Dan barangsiapa mentaati Allah dan Rasul-Nya, maka sesungguhnya ia telah mendapat kemenangan yang besar."

Mengikut rekod Jabatan Agama Islam, Selangor merupakan kawasan yang paling ramai mempunyai penduduk Melayu Islam yg bertukar agama, bukan sahaja kepada Kristian, tetapi juga kepada agama lain seperti Hindu. Kedua, kawasan Kuala Lumpur dan diikuti dengan Pulau Pinang. Sejumlah kecil kes murtad juga terdapat di negeri-negeri lain. Yang menyedihkan, terdapat banyak kes-kes terbaru yg membabitkan remaja belasan tahun.

Beberapa minggu yang lepas, Jabatan Agama Islam telah berjaya menarik balik seorang remaja perempuan berusia 15 tahun yangg bersekolah di sebuah sekolah di Puchong. Remaja ini telah menukar agama dan dilarikan untuk dikahwinkan dengan seorang yang berlainan agama. Di sebuah sekolah menengah di Pandan Jaya, 2 org remaja perempuan juga berjaya diselamatkan dari terus hanyut. Mengikut maklumat yg diterima dari 2 remaja ini, mereka selalu dibawa ke sebuah gereja (letaknya di tepi highway Cheras); diajar dan diKristiankan (dibaptiskan) oleh dua orang paderi wanita berbangsa Melayu. Sisters tersebut masih berada di gereja tersebut. Remaja-remaja tersebut di atas sekarang berada di Ulu Yam untuk proses pemulihan akidah.

Kalau anda semua masih ingat, pada beberapa tahun yang lalu, terdapat seorang paderi Melayu yg bernama Jamaluddin telah memurtadkan ramai Melayu di sebuah gereja di Bukit Gasing. Sekarang ini beliau telah kembali ke Malaysia setelah beberapa tahun berada di luar negara; dan dinaikkan pangkat menjadi seorang Bishop dan berjanji akan mengKristiankan lebih ramai warga Melayu di sini.

Terdapat satu lagi kes, baru-baru ini, dimana seorang anak Tan Sri telah melahirkan seorg bayi di sebuah hospital di Penang. Para petugas di hospital tersebut membuat laporan kepada Jabatan Agama Islam setelah mencurigai sesuatu yang tidak kena sedang berlaku. Wanita tersebut hanya didatangi oleh sekumpulan yang pastinya bukan Islam. Malah wanita tersebut ingin menamakan bayi tersebut (dilihat dari borang pendaftaran kelahiran) dengan nama yang jelasnya bukan nama seorang penganut Islam. Jabatan Agama Islan dengan kerjasama Perkim telah berjaya membawa `lari' wanita & bayi tersebut ke Selangor; dan ditempatkan buat masa ini di sebuah rumah kampung bersama-sama sebuah keluarga Islam. Walau bagaimanapun, keluarga ini sering didatangi dan dikacau oleh si `claimant' wanita tersebut. Wanita tersebut juga sedang dipulihkan.

Di Kedah yang suatu ketika dahulu agak kecoh dengan isu Black Metal nya, kini terdapat kumpulan baru yg menamakan diri mereka J.I.T. @ Jgn Ikut Tuhan. Mereka juga terdiri dari remaja-remaja Melayu (lelaki & perempuan) dan telah menolak kepercayaan kepada Allah yang Esa. Cara mereka mengisytiharkankan diri mereka sebagai "free-thinker" adalah dengan cara masing-masing mencuri sebuah Al-Quran. Kemudian mereka akan mengadakan upacara yg berasingan. Remaja lelaki akan menghidupkan unggun api dan akan mengelilingi unggun tersebut sambil mengoyak-ngoyakkan helaian al-quran dan dibakar. Mereka juga memasukkan titisan darah mereka kedalam gelas yg telah bercampur dgn darah kambing (kalau tidak silap saya). Kemudian mereka minum. Manakala kumpulan perempuan pula, modus operandi untuk mengesahkan mereka bukan lagi Islam agak sedikit berbeza dari pihak lelaki. Remaja perempuan ini akan berbogel sambil mengoyak-ngoyakkan al-quran tersebut dan ditaburkan. Bagi menghina agama suci kita ini, mereka melakukan penzinaan dgn senior lelaki mereka di atas helaian yang koyak tersebut. Mengikut kata Zulkifli, Ketua Puteri kumpulan tersebut telah berjaya diselamatkan dan sekarang dalam peringkat pemulihan akidah. Jabatan Agama Islam dgn kerjasama Perkim masih lagi mencari ahli-ahli lain yang hanyut itu.

Terdapat juga sebuah kenyataan yang di petik dari sebuah lagi website

(www.forum.jiwang.org) yang menyebut, "Saya pernah mempunyai seorang senior ketika belajar di Terengganu dahulu dan menjadi murtad pada tahun pertengahan 80-an. Dia boleh dikatakan rapat dgn saya. Seorg anak cikgu yg berasal dari Muar. Seorg pelajar yg pintar & rajin mengaji Al-Quran. Setelah tamat kursus, beliau pernah ditawarkan utk melanjuttkan pelajaran ke US atas "Young Lecturer Scheme". Tetapi dihalang oleh ibunya kerana khuatir sesuatu yg tidak baik berlaku. Beliau seorg yg patuh pada perintah org tuanya pun bersetuju. Tidak lama kemudian, kawan saya ini mendpt pekerjaan di sebuah syarikat guaman yg terkenal di Kuala Terengganu. Di sana, bermulalah kisah yg sedih ini. Kawan saya ini telah berkenalan dgn anak tuan punya syarikat guaman ini; sehingga mengheret dia menjadi seorg penganut Kristian. Setelah berkawin di sebuah gereja di Kuala Terengganu, beliau pernah dtg mencari saya; dan terakhir yg saya tahu, dia sudah mempunyai seorang anak perempuan dan menjadi seorang penganut Kristian yg setia; rajin ke gereja dan menghayati Bible."

Kisah Aisyah Bukhari dan kisah tersebut di atas mempunyai banyak persamaan; good religious foundation but got carried away (Latar belakang agama (keluarga) sangat molek, tetapi sayangnya hidayah Allah tidak kesampaian ke hati mereka; Iman tiada dapat di warisi dari seorang ayah yang bertaqwa). Misi agama lain sungguh kuat dari segi bantuan kewangan; sebab itu ia semakin menular sekarang.

Dulu, mereka menggunakan issionary mereka dengan cara berbuat baik, mengambil hati, bercinta dan berkahwin. Sekarang, golongan pelajar Islam pula yg dijadikan mangsa. Pinta penceramah semalam, agar dapat kita sama-sama mengambil ikhtibar dan melakukan sesuatu yg terbaik untuk masa depan generasi Islam di Malaysia ini. Bagi yang mampu atau yg sudi menghulurkan sedekah; salurkan niat murni kepada PERKIM atau pihak yang berkenaan kerana bantuan yang diterima tidak mencukupi.

P/S: Usah lagi biarkan Islam berduka di negara kita. Cukuplah sudah peristiwa sadis berdarah di Palestine, di Iraq, di Lebanon, di Afghanistan… cukuplah sudah dengan dugaan yang menimpa umat Muhammad… Harapan saya agar apa yang anda baca di sini dapat sampaikan kepada sahabat-sahabat dan ahli keluarga kita. Tidak secara elektronik - forwarding-forwarding, secara lisan pun jadilah.

Tolonglah hindarkan anak-anak Melayu ISLAM kita daripada mimpi buruk ini, di samping kita juga perlu menjaga diri kita sendiri. INSYA-ALLAH setiap usaha yang murni kerana ALLAH, akan diberkati! Semoga ia akan menjadi ikhtibar & peringatan untuk manfaat kita bersama

Perniagaan Internet merupakan perniagaan yang boleh membantu meraih keuntungan yang lumayan jika dibuat dengan tekun dan sabar. Bagi usahawan internet yang baru menjinakkkan diri kedalam bidang ini atau ingin menceburkan diri perlulah bersedia dan berhati-hati.

Perkara pertama yang perlu di fikirkan adalah produk yang ingin kita ceburi. Apa jua jenis perniagaan yang dipilih, kita perlu memastikan kita faham dan cenderung dalam industri tersebut. Minat yang mendalam dalam sesuatu bidang, contohnya kecantikan dapat membantu kita dalam mengendalikan perniagaan tersebut.

Setelah memilih produk, kita tidak boleh sewenang-wenangnya terus menceburi, atau menghubungi pembekal. Kajian pasaran perlu dijalankan. Permintaan ke atas produk, jumlah saingan yang ada adalah menjadi ciri utama dalam pemilihan produk. Menurut kajian, kebanyakan pakar-pakar internet berpendapat bahawa pilihan produk yang paling mudah dan murah adalah e-book ataupun buku elektronik. Produk ini dikatakan murah kerana anda tidak perlu menanggung kos seperti kos pencetakkan, kos penghantaran. Pembeli anda hanya perlu memuat turun / download buku tersebut ke hard disk mereka setelah pembayaran dibuat.

Pada masa kini terlalu banyak buku elektronik yang dikeluarkan. Oleh itu usahawan baru perlu berhati-hati dalam memilih bagi memastikan buku itu adalah buku berkualiti tinggi atau tidak.

Selain dari e-book, program seperti rakan niaga(affiliate) dan dropshipping juga merupakan program yang memerlukan modal yang sedikit. Ia amat bersesuaian bagi usahawan yang berniaga secara separuh masa atau yang hanya ingin duit poket. Tetapi program ini jika dibuat dengan bersungguh-sungguh boleh menghasilkan pulangan yang lumayan.

Walau apapun produk yang dipilih, yang paling penting adalah memastikan bakal pelanggan mengetahui kewujudan kita. Disini promosi kepada perniagaan perlu ditekankan. Perlu kita ingat diInternet maklumat terlalu banyak. Usahawan juga terlalu ramai. Pembeli makin ramai. Bagaimana kita memanfaatkan situasi ini dipanggil sebagai strategi pemasaran. Rata-rata rakyat Malaysia terutamanya yang beragama Islam hari ini kurang pengetahuan tentang wasiat. Wasiat sering disalahertikan di mana ramai yang beranggapan wasiat adalah kata-kata atau pesanan seseorang mengenai hartanya sebelum meninggal dunia.

Sebenarnya, wasiat adalah dokumen bertulis yang mengandungi ikrar ataupun hajat seseorang yang dibuat ketika hayatnya ke atas harta atau manfaatnya untuk dilaksanakan selepas kematiannya.

Masyarakat Islam harus sedar bahawa penulisan wasiat bukanlah bermatlamat untuk menidakkan hukum faraid. Penulisan wasiat bertujuan memudahkan proses pentadbiran dan pengagihan harta pusaka dan sekali gus nasib waris-waris dapat dipelihara.

Berikut adalah antara masalah-masalah yang kerap timbul akibat ketiadaan wasiat:

a) Proses pengagihan harta pusaka berlarutan sehingga bertahun-tahun
b) Nasib waris-waris tidak terbela khususnya anak-anak yang berumur 18 tahun ke bawah
c) Suami / isteri tidak mendapat bahagian harta sepencarian
d) Hutang tertunggak
e) Proses perundangan yang menyulitkan waris-waris
f) Hubungan kekeluargaan di kalangan waris-waris terjejas
g) Manipulasi terhadap harta pusaka
h) Perniagaan tidak dapat diteruskan

Manakala berikut adalah senarai individu-individu yang perlu membuat wasiat:

b) Suami / Isteri
c) Individu yang tiada anak
d) Individu yang mempunyai anak di bawah 18 tahun
e) Individu yang mempunyai anak tiri / angkat
f) Individu yang hanya mempunyai anak perempuan
g) Ibu / Bapa tunggal
h) Pemilik saham syarikat

Ramai yang masih berandaian bahawa harta-harta seseorang akan secara automatik diagihkan kepada wars-waris setelah berlaku kematian. Tetapi malangnya, pelbagai proses yang kompleks perlu dilalui oleh waris-waris sebelum harta peninggalan dapat diagihkan. Mengikut perangkaan Amanah Raya Berhad (ARB), harta pusaka kira-kira bernilai RM15 bilion ketika ini tidak dapat diagihkan dan terbeku disebabkan masalah perwarisan. Harta-harta tersebut sebenarnya boleh dimanfaatkan oleh waris-waris yang sah dan layak sekiranya wujud wasiat.

Individu-individu yang perlu membuat wasiat tidak semestinya yang kaya-raya. Dengan hanya berhartakan contohnya RM5000.00, seseorang itu perlu juga membuat wasiat sama ada harta itu berupa harta alih seperti akaun simpanan atau harta tak alih seperti tanah. Tiada sesiapa yang mahu waris-warisnya bersusah-payah turun naik mahkamah dan sebagainya semata-mata untuk mendapatkan harta peninggalan mahupun dalam usaha melunaskan hutang-hutang si mati.

Nafsu dan perasaan manusia terlalu rumit untuk diramalkan. Keadaan keluarga yang harmoni pada hayat kita boleh bertukar menjadi haru-biru dan berpecah-belah disebabkan kelemahan pentadbiran ataupun perebutan harta peninggalan kita. Justeru itu, ingin ditekankan di sini bahawa, melalui penulisan wasiat, pelbagai komplikasi jangka panjang mahupun jangka pendek boleh dielakkan selain menjamin kesejahteraan institusi kekeluargaan.

Harta dunia adalah milik Allah S.W.T, kita hanyalah sebagai pemegang amanah yang dipertanggungjawabkan untuk menguruskan dan mentadbirnya sebaik mungkin mengikut syariat Islam.
